We originally opened our doors in 2000 as a UK based ISP offering small business and home-user e-commerce solutions. In 2002 the decision was made to re-brand ourselves as Online-Ventures.  The reason behind the name change was that we felt "Online-Ventures" demonstrated in words our service of developing ready made Internet Businesses.  These ready made solutions then provide our customers with their very own Online Venture.

During the re-branding process we introduced several new services and features which enabled us to offer a superior service wel beyond our competitors.

We also send a selection of our customers a three page questionnaire.  The completed questionnaires help us evaluate our service and product and as a result help improve our overall performance.  The returned questionnaires we have received make up some interesting statistics.

(1) 85% of customers would have happily paid more than they did for our products and services

(2) 90% of customers said that they chose us over our competition because we offer a better quality of product and look more professional.
